<div dir="auto">Michelle and I met Richard at the hospital in June and became friends for the few short months before he went home to be with the Lord in August.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Richard was a JAARS volunteer for a number of years until he became ill a few years ago. Although Michelle and I only had a few visits and phone conversations with him, it was a joy to have known Richard. He was a Godly man with a kind and gentle spirit.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">He was in a lot of pain in the end and was ready to go home by God's grace through his faith and personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto"><span style="font-family:sans-serif">Richard was not active in ham radio for a number of years, but thought some in the club may have known him through JAARS.</span><br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">73,</div><div dir="auto">Vin, k2amv </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div></div>
